The WMG is recommencing work on its long term coppicing project near Morchard Bishop. All our dates for the coming season (October to March) are listed in our calendar on the website.
We are a small, friendly group who work from 10am to around 3pm, with breaks for coffee and chat, and picnic lunch and chat. The emphasis is on having a nice time rather than maximum productivity.
It’s a great way to get outdoors in the darker days of the year and resist the temptation to hibernate.
