Minted Carrots with Honey

Peel or scrape carrots and cut into batons or wedges.

Steam until just tender then tip into a serving dish.

To 1lb (500g) of steamed carrots gently stir in ½ oz (10g) butter, and a teaspoon of honey.

Sprinkle with chopped mint and serve.

These go well with roast lamb.
