17 adults and 7 children visited RHS Rosemoor to hear Anne Stobart, a qualified herbal medicine practitioner and teacher, talk about treating common conditions safely. Then we visited nearby Holt Wood - a unique project researching the growing of herbs and medicinally beneficial shrubs and trees locally and sustainably. The weather was beautiful, the talk and walk inspirational  and a good day out was had by all.
