Arising:
Repair Café opening at Methodist Church 17th
November. Advertised on SC facebook page. All welcome.
Seed Swap 18th March Agreed that Waste Action Group
would provide soup and bread.
Xmas Tree - Seed swap theme - Esther
a) Clothes Swap

Rails - Frances to collect 4 from Recycle Devon, 3 from M
Bishop, 1 from Arts Centre, 2 from Esther, 1 from Carolyn. Also bag
of hangers, screen and freestanding mirror. Another mirror from M
Bishop. All group to source hangers.

Hire of CCC £75, from 10am but we will try to get in a bit
earlier

Esther to provide money containers, floats, tickets, SC Donation
boxes, Clothes Swap and other SC banners to put on railings at CCC
on the day.

Carolyn to provide size signs

Refreshments - Esther has 16 volunteers including WAG

Cathy to purchase tea, coffee + decaf, milk, squash, sugar, to
keep receipts to be reimbursed. Also ask Matt if PTA can make a
cake with offer of free entry.

All to make cakes, buns and quiches. Cathy homity pie, Nancy
cheesejacks, Esther frittata

Advertising - In SC newsletter. Esther to put on SC facebook and
on A board in Square. Emma to get on Whats on and various parish
magazines. Nancy to compose item for Courier by 13th Nov
in time for 16th Nov, Chris to tell U3A

Poster Agreed A4 - 50, A5 -10, A6 - 70 - each member of WAG to
take 10 and distribute to relevant village noticeboards. Emma
to co-ordinate with Matt re: printing and left at Chris's house to
be ready for meeting 2nd November at Chris's. Carolyn to
provide yellow paper.
