The purpose of the meeting will be to set up the Crediton Litter Picking Group, discuss how best to organise the group, manage the litter picking and set the first date or series of dates for litter picking. Also to briefly discuss insurance arrangements which will be provided by Mid Devon District Council (MDDC). There will be the need for each of us to fill out an MDDC form to ensure we are covered by their insurance. Litter picking equipment and a set of safety notes will be handed out .
