ARRANGEMENTS FOR GIVE AND TAKE SHED
Group to
visit Refurnish on Friday,16th Ocober, 10am to meet with manager to
finalise plans. Need to clarify sorting area, places for putting
sign up, tables needed (Paula and Charles have 2 tables)

- Charles to bring signs to put up on Friday
Volunteers
Rota will
be finished next week with the aim of having all volunteers phone
numbers.
Need 5
volunteers per session at least. All leaders will have a copy of
the finished rota and one will go in the premises

- Paula to send reminder to volunteers 17th October with precedures
list and risk assessment

- Charles to rewrite risk assessment and Paula to rewrite
procedures list after Fridays visit.
Equipment

- Carolyn to put together stationery box for use in shop,
sellotape, bluetacs scissors etc and bring to
event

for issuing to people if they want to visit Refurnish

1) Meeting
with Recycling Officer and Liz Hocking now changed to 24th
November, 6pm at Council Chambers
2) Jill
still in discusion with Jason Pratt at MDDC about recycling at Food
Festival. Meeting to be arranged with him after the give and take
shed.
3) Anne
reported that plastic bottle tops are still being collected by man
at Samford Courtney as per Crediton Courier
4) WAG
info on Sustainable Crediton Website

- Anne to update the information shown here re plastic collections
etc. Revisit this with new goals and objectives

Tiverton Repair Cafe -
Action
- Jill to attend on 10th October and then to put info on this onto
the SC website. Furher dates are 14th November and 12th
December.
