Please, every time you go into a shop in Crediton and are offered a plastic bag refuse it and explain why, 'because plastic bags are so bad for the environment I no longer use them'. With us all doing this consistently (even in the supermarkets) we will begin to give the traders of Crediton confidence that giving up plastic bags will be well supported by the townsfolk and a good commercial decision.
