After four years of lobbying, the Devon County Council order was made 23 June & comes into force 27 June to introduce an on-road CONTRAFLOW CYCLE LANE in a specified length of the one-way section of Belle Parade. The Council have already put in the road markings and cyclists now have their cycle lane in place. If you are a cyclist please do use the new lane and not cycle in the wrong direction along the one-way street.
