Climate Change 2009- Can CCA Make A Difference?

In December 2009 there will be another summit, a follow up to Kyoto.

This could be the last opportunity for the world to take serious action to deal with global warming. I feel we need to work with other Transition Towns in Devon and elsewhere to come up with practical proposals which we can put to the policy makers who attend the conference.
