Last outing this year. The
usual suspects, laying the orchard hedge returning to the track.
Thin pickings of elm suckers and thorn with few hazel stools. Mild
with a slight easterly and low cloud. We worked through a short
unforecasted shower, feeling all the better when it eased off.
Repaired to The Waie Inn for a pint and chinwag and bounced off
some ideas and thoughts. ................
We shall continue hedge-laying the final side of the orchard. If
it is dry we may burn the brash from the previous session.
