First held in 2002 the Crediton Christmas Tree
Festival has now doubled in size and attendance and this year again
over 70 decorated and illuminated trees will fill the church. The

amelianchier lamarckii at Crediton library on Monday 22nd April
when it was in bud and now, Friday, it is in full bloom. This
attractive tree has white flowers in the spring, colourful autumn
