Spring is a fantastic time for 'rebooting'. The sap is rising
and generally we have more energy. Now is the time to shine fresh
spring sunlight on those plans we made during the depths of winter
and the perfect opportunity to make a fresh start and sow some new
seeds of intention.
During this mini workshop we will use the power of the season,
the five element map from Chinese Medicine along with some tools
and techniques from Natural Nutrition and Kinesiology muscle
testing to help us create a 'planting' plan' that will focus on the
following areas;
- self care and nurturing
- diet, nutrition and weight balance
- home and relationships
- work/life balance
The workshop is facilitated by Carol Lee, Natural Nutrition
teacher and practitioner and Sarah-Jayne Hayden-Binder, Kinesiology
practitioner and teacher.
The workshop cost is £30 per person. Booking needed due to
limited places.
