Sustainable Crediton have a number of Grow Wild Seed kits from
the Kew Royal Botanic Gardens scheme to make community wild spaces,
funded by the Big Lottery Fund. We would now like to
give them away to local groups to create wildflower spaces in the
community. Sorry, these kits are not meant for personal
gardens.
The kits contain 5 packets of wild seeds - Corn
Chamomile, Corn Marigold, Corn poppy, Cornflower, Hedge Bedstraw,
Lady's Bedstraw, Lesser Knapweed, Meadow Buttercup, Meadowsweet,
Oxeye Daisy, Red Campion and Ribwort Plantain. The kits also
contain a small bee box to assemble. The kits contain
instructions and information.
Kits will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. (We
have already contacted the Council about the People's Park Wild
Space scheme)
