Starter - history of Devon as a food producer
from the Domesday Book to fast food; iconic Devon ingredients.
Main course - Devon recipes from the
traditional to the contemporary; simple, seasonal, sustainable food
of the farmhouse.
To End - eating out, eating at home; produce
available locally from wine to icecream.
