This is the final Crediton Community Market this
year. Sustainable Crediton will be hosting a series of markets
on Crediton Town Square throughout 2013.
To celebrate the market's successful year, a programme of extra
events are being put on in addition to the market:
- 'The Devon Chef', Tim Harris, will be presenting a cookery
demonstration at 11.30 am.
- All during the morning there will be free activities for
children provided by the Really Wild forest School of Devon.
- Jo Pavey of 'Orchards Live' will be offering apple displays,
tastings and advice
- the Bloom Berry Juice Company will bringing their bikes and
seasonal fruit to make your own smoothies by pedal power.
If last year's market is anything to go by, there will also be a
terrific selection of home grown vegetables, jams and chutneys so
do come along and enjoy the fruits of the Autumn season.
Stallholders are welcome to come along providing they live in
Crediton or the surrounding area. The cost of a stall is by
donation and can be from a basket in size up to a gazebo. You will
need to bring your own wet weather protection for yourself and the
produce. If you would like more information about having stall
contact 01363 866543 or e-mail info@creditonlocalproduce.co.uk.
