It's almost here! Come along to Crediton Town Square to join in
the celebration of local food and drink.
From 10.30am - 4.30pm on Saturday 16 June you can buy delicious
food from the stalls, find out who has won the local schools recipe
competition, see cookery demonstrations and a knife skills master
class with renowned chef Christopher Archambault. Later in the day
from 8.00 - 11.00pm there will be a chance to sample local drinks
and listen to a talk on taste with Barny Butterfield of Sandford
Orchards. This will be accompanied by life music from a number of
bands - something to suit all styles and tastes.
And it doesn't stop there - on Sunday 17th June the Big Sunday
Lunch event from 12 noon - 4.00pm gives you a chance to bring along
your own food for a picnic or why not buy your lunch from the range
of stalls to enjoy as part of a great social occasion accompanied
by yet more local music talent.
Entry is free throughout the weekend and there is a chance to win
a wonderful hamper of local produce in our raffle!
The Food Group will
be providing a salad bar.
Watch out for the Waste Action Group who will be organising
the recycling.
WEN will
be having an interactive child-friendly stall.
