We felt that our first Community Market was a success with a good variety of stalls all around the Town Square and a steady stream of shoppers.

The accent this time was on plants, but there were plenty of other goods including crafts, cheese, eggs, herbal preparations, cakes and even a very welcome foot massage.

All the stall holders were willing to come again, so we hope to build this up and make it a regular feature on the Town Square - perhaps every other month during the summer - so look out for another market in July when there should be more fruit about, not just rhubarb!
