HogCO(Home Grown - Community Owned), of which the Sustainable Crediton Food Group is a member, is hosting a free open day at Embercombe, near Exeter.

It is open to all Sustainable Crediton members. It is an inspiring 50 acre site which includes a large circular organic market garden, poly-tunnels, medicine garden, woodland, lake, orchards, bees, yurt villages and more. Embercombe's vision is 'touching hearts, stimulating minds, and inspiring committed action for a truly sustainable world'. It works with volunteers from the community, businesses and schools.

There is an invitation to stay for lunch for an additional £2 per person.
