You might like to know that Morchard Bishop Community Allotments, set up just over a year ago, is having an open weekend, alongside the Open Gardens weekend on Saturday 24th July (10am-6pm) and Sunday 25th July (11am-4pm).

They are well worth a visit. They were awarded lottery money to help set it up and it has been a great success.
