Apart from brewing a local Devon ale, the Otter company has taken steps to reduce its carbon footprint. It has a grass roofed cellar made from clay blocks and willow bed water treatment plant to go with local sourcing and recycling policies. 

Perhaps people wouldn't think of their choice of beer as affecting their own carbon footprint, but choosing a pint of Otter would help a bit.
