If there is some mincemeat left over from Christmas, try this
crumble topping.
100g (4oz) rolled oats or oatmeal
50g butter (2 oz) or margarine
2 generous tablespoons mincemeat
Peeled and sliced cooking apples
Rub the butter into the oatmeal and stir in the mincemeat. Spoon
the crumble mix over apples, or a mixture of partly cooked fruit
and bake until golden brown.
