Method
Devonshire potatoes, cheese and butter make a delicious Cheddar
crush. Boil or steam peeled potatoes until tender, drain well then
crush gently with a potato masher. Season with butter, sea salt,
freshly ground black pepper and wholegrain mustard. Place into a
buttered serving dish and top with a generous layer of grated
Cheddar; sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake in a hot oven until golden
brown and crisp.
