Method
Allow 1 ripe banana for each serving, peel, cut in half and
place in a buttered ovenproof dish. Sprinkle over a little grated
orange zest, and moisten with a squeeze of orange juice. Sweeten
with honey, demerara sugar or mincemeat to taste, and bake in a hot
oven for 10 to 15 minutes. These are good with ice cream or crème
fraiche.
