Blackberry Muesli for breakfast
For four you will need, 4 tablespoons rolled oats, 1 small apple
grated, lemon juice, 1 generous dessertspoon Devon honey, Natural
Devon yogurt to mix and, to serve, plenty of blackberries you have
picked yourself.
Mix the oats, grated apple, lemon juice and honey with natural
yogurt to make a soft creamy mixture. Cover and refrigerate
overnight. Serve the muesli with a liberal portion of
blackberries.
