Wild Garlic
Wild garlic leaves add a subtle flavour to soups, stews, mashed
potatoes and pesto. They make a seasonal addition to a plate
pie or pasty filling. Prepare as below.
Ingredients:-
Wild garlic leaves - a generous handful, chopped.
Butter
100g grated cheddar cheese
450g cubed or sliced boiled potatoes
Method:-
Cook the wild garlic for 2-3 mins in butter.
Add it with the cheese to the cooked potatoes.
Season with sea salt and black pepper.
Add to your filling of choice.
