Recipe: Blackberry Muesli

For 4 portions you will need:

8 oz (200g) blackberries;

Some natural yogurt;

4 tablespoonfuls rolled oats;

1 generous tablespoonful Devon honey;

1 eating apple - grated;

a squeeze of lemon juice.

Mix the oats, grated apple, and honey with enough yogurt to produce a soft creamy consistency, stir in the blackberries and lemon juice. Refrigerate overnight in a covered basin and enjoy for breakfast!
