Our Community Food Larder based at the library is one of our outstanding success stories, thanks to an enthusiastic band of volunteers.

We collect surplus (unsold) food from several retailers in Crediton which is then deposited at the library for anyone to collect and make good use of.

Currently we are looking for an extra volunteer to do Thursday evening collections from the Wellparks Tesco store. This would be on a flexible fortnightly basis with dates to be agreed with the other 'Thursday person'. Collections need to be made between 9 and 9.30pm, and taken to the library the following morning.
