Free energy advice related training available to frontline staff and volunteers from non-commercial organisations. Attendees must regularly encounter those in or at risk of fuel poverty - i.e. essentially those on a low income / in a vulnerable situation and who are struggling to manage their household bills.

This half-day course aims to help delegates understand the causes and impacts of fuel poverty and fuel debt; regulations affecting the energy efficiency of homes in the private rented sector; and signposting paths for landlords and tenants to access grants and assistance.
