Do you qualify?

• The house must either be:
  • not yet connected to the gas mains but gas must be close by; or
  • connected to gas, but have no installed central heating system
• If the house is currently heated with electric storage heaters, at least one of them must be broken or not working properly
• And own or privately rent their home (landlords consent must be given)
• And the person / people living in the house must either be:
  • in receipt of particular benefits (please check here) and be able to provide evidence of this; or
  • is on a low income (<£16,010 pa gross) and is referred by a health professional because they have a long-term health condition
• that is exacerbated by living in a cold home
