CagOxfordshire is the largest local
network of groups working on waste and carbon reduction in Europe,
if not the world. The network is made up of over 60
community groups that in 2015/16 held a total of more than 2700
activities and events, attended by nearly 140,000 people.
Activities and events fall under the categories of waste and
carbon reduction, sustainable transport, food and growing,
conservation and biodiversity, and community energy production,
involving over 36,000 volunteer hours. The CAG Project team
provide day-to-day support for the groups in the network.
Come together with community groups from across the UK to swap
ideas, take part in training and get expert advice.
