As reported in our last newsletter issue144, at the AGM, our membership voted in support of becoming a charity and a number of people indicated they would consider becoming a trustee. Our core group (including four new members) are now reaching out to each of these prospective trustees and preparing a draft constitution and application submission to the Charity Commission's guidance. We aim to submit our paperwork in September with the hope of being approved and added to the charity register in November.

We will keep everyone up to date as and when we have further news.
