With the national news full of issues regarding the use and abuse of personal information we would like to take this opportunity to reassure our members of our commitment to the privacy and security of any information you give to us. We have therefore updated our Privacy Policy to clearly and explicitly state how and when we use any personal information you may provide to us.

New EU legislation will be coming into effect on 25th May 2018 which focuses on fundamental human rights for privacy and protection of personal information:

  • Your right to be informed - rest assured that we will always notify you and seek your consent if/when we ever intend to change how we use your data
  • Your right of access - you can see all the information we store about you on your Profile page
  • Your right to rectification - if you would like to change any of the information please contact us using your registered email address and we will be happy to make any amendments
  • Your right to be forgotten - if at any time you would like your details to be removed from our system simply contact us using your registered email address and we will delete all your data without quibble
  • Your right to object - if you have any concerns at all please do not hesitate to contact us.

Sustainable Crediton will continue to uphold these rights, even after we have left the European Union.
