Dee Ross attended this event. Below is an extract from her report on the day:

''The Director of 'Stop the Climate Change Chaos Coalition', Ashok Sinha, spoke of the Wave March of December 5^th. If you have been considering going but were unsure after the problems of the last march earlier in the year, he was keen to assure people a lot of work has been going on to address the issues that came out of that. Safety is paramount and the aim is for a family friendly event. The police have been involved all the way and as I understand it there will be no repeat of the 'kettling' action that caused much distress last time. If you go, wear blue, the idea is a wave of blue flowing through the streets of London to demonstrate support for a safer climate future.''
