The  market offers a wide range of produce, some of it organic / free-range and locally made; including meat, poultry, game, fish, seasonal fruit and vegetables, cheese and dairy products, cakes, bread, plants, apple juice, cider and preserves Most of the traders live less than 10 miles from the market.
