Sustainable Crediton newsletter issue 145, June 2023

Welcome to our June / July newsletter, and especially welcome to any new members who are receiving this newsletter for the first time.

There is important news imparted here about the future direction of Sustainable Crediton and changes taking place within our Core Group leadership.

We have started piloting our Eco Hub in the Town Council Offices in the Square. This could be transformative in raising our profile and influence in the town, if we can build a team of volunteers to make it a success.

Please click on the button below to 'Access Full Newsletter' (if viewing via email notification) and find out more. Otherwise just scroll down and read - thank you: there's lots of content this month, so keep scrolling.

We believe that we are entering a new era for our much loved Sustainable Crediton which will increase our effectiveness and enable us to be better resourced. Please come with us!

Best wishes to all,

John Craythorne, newsletter editor, on behalf of Core Group

“"What is opportunity, and when does it knock?" It never knocks. You can wait a whole lifetime, listening, hoping, and you will hear no knocking. None at all. You are opportunity, and you must knock on the door leading to your destiny. You prepare yourself to recognize opportunity, to pursue and seize opportunity as you develop the strength of your personality, and build a self-image with which you are able to live, with your self-respect alive and growing.”
