Sustainable Crediton Newsletter Issue 36

Welcome to July's Sustainable Crediton Newsletter.

We have a lot happening this month, some of it associated with the Crediton Festival. Firstly on the 6th July, we have a Waste Household Plastics Collection at Peck & Strong, Lords Meadow from 10am to 12:30 pm. This is closely followed on Sunday 7th July by our first Treasure Hunt around the centre of Crediton, starting at 10:30am from St Saviour's car park. Magnificent prizes are to be won for the most successful treasure hunters!

On the 10th July there will be a sociable bike ride from St Lawrence Green at 7pm to the Beer Engine at Newton St Cyres.

Finishing off our public events will be our special Art and Community Market on the 13 July 10am to 1pm in the Town Square. Join us for a morning market where at least nine local artists will have a wide variety of pottery, arts and crafts available for sale. Sustainable Crediton will have a 'bring and buy' produce donations stall with the proceeds going to the Food Bank. If you have garden produce, home produced eggs, plants, home made jam, etc bring some along to share with others.
