Sustainable Crediton Newsletter Issue 13

Hi Everyone,

For me this is the time of year when the whole world seems to come back to life and I am pleased to say that two new Sustainable Crediton Action Groups have put down their roots and are beginning to emerge with the spring sunshine.

The Education Group held its first meeting in April and a 'New Economics' Group plans to start meetings on May 23rd. Do either of these subjects stir your interest? If so read all about the groups in this newsletter. Perhaps this might be the time for you to get involved in the activities of Sustainable Crediton?

This month we also have a Community Market taking place in Crediton Town Square on May 14th. 12 stalls have already been booked and more are anticipated. The Energy Group are also extending their very successful Solar PV project into Crediton with an Open Meeting in the Old Town Hall on May 26th.

So there really is something for everyone. I hope you enjoy the extra free time this month's Bank Holiday's bring and please remember that the future really can be what we make of it if we are prepared to get involved in shaping it.
