Visitors to our website

When someone visits sustainablecrediton.org.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns via cookies. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

Registered Members

If you Register with us we store your email address so that we can send you e-newsletters and your username and password provide security for you to access 'Member Only' areas of the website such as minutes of meetings.

You may, if you wish, provide us with additional information such as contact details in order to promote specific events or activities which you are organising. This information is not collected via the website but we store it as part of your profile and display it to other logged in Members in relation to the events and/or activities for which you are responsible.

You can see all the information we have about you by logging in and visiting your Profile page. You can contact us at any time (using your registered email address) to have a copy of this information sent to you electronically or to amend or remove it from our system.

Newsletters

We use a third party provider, Mailgun, to deliver our regular newsletter and occasional bulk emails about important events. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each newsletter.

Third Parties

We do not pass your information to any social media sites, marketing companies or other third parties. Your information is not used for profiling or processed in any way beyond that described above.

All personal information your provide to us is kept secure. Only authorised Sustainable Crediton members(who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information.

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy. All members will be notified if/when changes are made.
